Ingredients

Cocoa beans (42%)(Cameroon, Ecuador,Madagascar, Peru, Sao Tome), cane sugar, crispy crepe chunks (WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), sunflower oil, skimmed MILK in powder, BARLEY malt, salt), liquid cream (MILK), HAZLENUTS (7,2%), cocoa butter, butter (MILK), invert sugar, Whisky (1,35%)(alcohol 48% vol.), water, glucose syrup, emulisfier: sunflower lecithin, flower of salt.

Pépites Maltées are handcrafted from cocoa beans at the Manufacture. From the cocoa bean to the chocolate, all the steps are made by our chocolate craftsmen: chocolate, praliné and ganache.

The chocolate

The chocolate selected for this recipe is the Signature Blend, the balance of four crus: Peru, Ecuador, Madagascar and Sao Tomé. Its intensity reveals slightly fruity notes.

The pépites

A thin layer of this chocolate is poured into a mold. After drying, the cocoa nib praliné and the Scotch whisky ganache are delicately deposited. Finally, the candy is closed with a thin layer of chocolate. It is after a final drying that you can finally taste!
