First, discover the single-origin ganaches, which showcase the distinctive character of different cocoa terroirs. Next, enjoy the gourmet ganaches, highlighting surprising and refined ingredients such as Voatsiperifery pepper and wild maquis honey. Finally, indulge in a selection of pralines with unique recipes, where creativity meets indulgence, including the unexpected and memorable Espelette pepper praline.

To accompany these creations, discover our Ethiopia Coffee, sourced from the renowned Yirgacheffe region, the historic birthplace of coffee cultivation. A true invitation to travel, it reveals delicate aromas of citrus, apricot, and jasmine, carried by a lively yet perfectly balanced acidity. Selected as a personal favorite by our Master Roaster, this coffee expresses all the finesse and elegance for which Ethiopia’s finest coffees are celebrated.
