Our Dragées offer a twist on the classic sugar-coated almond, with a dried fruit enrobed in chocolate. Caramelized almonds covered in dark chocolate and cocoa, or in milk chocolate; caramelized hazelnuts enrobed in milk chocolate and amber cocoa powder, or in dark chocolate. Candied fruit, sourced from Sovéria, a upper Corsican village, are cut before being covered with cocoa powder, then enrobed with a fine coat of dark chocolate. The Rocs, crunchy and flavorful chocolate morsels, are a clever mix of almonds and candied fruit, puffed cereal and shavings of lace crepes. The morsel is dipped in dark or milk chocolate. Warning — they are extremely addictive!
