We're heading for Ethiopia, the cradle of coffee for centuries, to the Yirgacheffe region, which produces some of the world's best-loved coffees. No doubt the plants feel at home in their native land, in a highly favorable environment, allowing them to flourish in the best possible way. Our head roaster really fell in love with this coffee chosen from all the coffees offered by the farm we work with, and we hope you will too. It's not everyday you get invited to travel aboard a cup!

To enjoy all the finesse of this origin, the V60 filter coffee maker is the perfect choice! It preserves clarity and lightness.

Preparation :

18g for 250ml (about 2 tablespoons of pre-ground coffee beans)

Heat water to 90°C (or just simmering).

First pour in 50g, making sure to wet all the coffee beans

30 seconds later, pour in another 100ml

After 1 minute of brewing, pour in the rest of the water (100ml more). Extraction should take 2 minutes 30 seconds. If it's too fast, use a finer grind next time, and vice versa.

Enjoy your coffee! The coffee will reveal more aroma as the temperature drops.
