Little treats
In our Jardins de Provence, pine trees grow in the middle of orchards. The Lemon Tree Palet, in Signature Blend 75% dark chocolate or Madagascar 45% milk chocolate, reveals a heart of contrasting textures: a melting and crunchy Sicilian almond praliné, paired with a mandarin compote simmered by an artisan Corsican confectioner. A small treat with big promises. Santa Claus has joined the fun too: wearing a lemon hat and an orange coat, he arrives with arms full of gifts. Our Santa Palet hides a melting caramel, a Naples hazelnut praliné, and roasted half-hazelnuts for a resolutely festive trio of textures. A bite that captures the spirit of the South. Even smaller, the Small Lemon Tree is adorned with trompe-l'œil citrus slices. It highlights our Signature Blend 75%, created from three origins: Peru, Ecuador, and Madagascar. And for breakfast lovers, our famous hazelnut praliné comes in a jar: the Vanilla Spreadable Praliné, with its slightly grainy texture, is combined with vanilla for comforting sweetness. Guest gift, end-of-year thank-you, or surprise under the tree: our small treats prove that it doesn't take much to bring joy. Each creation is crafted in our Paris Manufacture using chocolate made from beans we roast ourselves. Decoratively dressed in the collection's illustrations, they fit perfectly into a Christmas stocking or next to a dinner plate on Christmas Eve.
