This year, our chocolate bears settle in Les Jardins de Provence. Their shell of Signature Blend 75% dark chocolate or milk chocolate conceals a doubly comforting heart: a cloud-light marshmallow and a melting, crunchy Sicilian almond praliné. The chef's little twist? A hint of yuzu fruit paste, added at the end of preparation, wakes up the marshmallow with tangy, floral notes. For true praliné lovers, the bear is also available in an all-praliné version, even more indulgent. Two recipes, two characters: one airy and tangy, the other generous and crunchy. It's up to everyone to choose their side, or taste both. Crafted by our artisan chocolatiers at the Manufacture de Chocolat Alain Ducasse in Paris, our bears are born from chocolate made from cocoa beans that we roast ourselves. Our Signature Blend 75% brings together three origins from Peru, Ecuador, and Madagascar, for a harmonious dark chocolate punctuated by delicate tangy notes. Their milk version relies on our Madagascar 45% milk chocolate, smooth and rich. A seemingly simple delicacy, thought through down to the smallest detail. To slip into a Christmas stocking, place on a festive table, or give as a gift box, the chocolate bear is a treat that instantly awakens childhood memories. Offered in a box of two, it can also be shared as a duo: one for oneself, the other to give away. Young and old alike happily compete for it at snack time.
