Mix together the butter, the flour, cocoa, salt, brown sugar and baking soda, then add the egg, pistoles and cocoa powder (optional). Shape the dough into balls of the desired size, and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 190°C for 5/6 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with cocoa powder when removed from the oven.
