This 75% Signature Blend dark chocolate bar is filled with two preparations made by our chocolate craftsmen. First a praliné with roasted coconut and almonds, then a caramel, also with coconut. The crunchiness of the praliné and the smoothness of the caramel combined to the crisp of the chocolate layers create a delicious game of textures, for a great moment of indulgence.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru, Sao Tome), cane sugar, ALMONDS, gratted coconut (13%), cocoa butter, water, MILK powder, flower of salt, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.

The incomparable coconut praliné of our chocolate craftsmen slips into our filled bars!

This praliné with coconut shavings and roasted almonds is prepared in our factory. A coconut cream caramel is also made separately. The dark chocolate is then assembled: the chocolate is first finely poured. A layer of coconut cream caramel is poached, then covered with a generous layer of coconut praliné. Finally, a layer of melted chocolate covers the whole.

When tasted, the roundness of the coconut balances the intensity and tangy notes of the Signature Blend 75% dark chocolate. Crunchy praliné, creamy caramel and crunchy chocolate... a symphony of textures and flavors for a truly gourmet moment!
