Assortment of Christmas trees

In this assortment, the Christmas tree comes in chocolate form. The two tree discs, one in dark chocolate and the other in Madagascar milk chocolate, combine a candied Corsican mandarin coulis with a Sicilian almond praline, creating a bite where the citrus refreshes the nut. The six filled trees, also in dark and milk chocolate, contain a soft, generous vanilla-flavoured hazelnut praline. From one tree to the next, you move from mandarin to hazelnut, dark to milk, with the artisanal chocolate of the Manufacture Alain Ducasse present throughout. A delightful little forest to set in the centre of the festive table, before it disappears all by itself.
