This brightly-colored sorbet is surprisingly intense with its two red-berry tastes and different textures: the sorbet provides voluptuousness, the coulis adds creaminess and the granita has its inimitable crystals. The red currants are vacuum steam-cooked in order to concentrate all their aromas.
The ice creams are turbinated in our new Manufacture La Glace Alain Ducasse, next to our Chocolate Manufacture. It is in line with the same continuity: high quality ingredients and artisanal techniques for authentic tastes and a tasty experience.
