An Italian classic, this sorbet is notable for its natural lemon acidity, the bitterness of the candied yellow lemons adds a surprising flavor palette. After the turbining process, lemon cubes, candied at the Manufacture, contrast against the voluptuousness of the sorbet.
The ice creams are turbinated in our new Manufacture La Glace Alain Ducasse, next to our Chocolate Manufacture. It is in line with the same continuity: high quality ingredients and artisanal techniques for authentic tastes and a tasty experience.
