The Citrus, Almond and Chocolate Biscuit Bar differentiates itself by its acidulous notes. Candied oranges and lemons from the Saint-Sylvestre confectionary add chewiness and flavor. These fruits are candied by hand in the village of Soveria in Corsica. During the cooking, our artisan biscuit-makers add touches of pralinés prepared from the same dried fruit: almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts. This intermediary step allows for the preservation of the fondant, almost liquid texture of the praliné. Once taken out of the oven, each Bar is dipped in Manufacture de Chocolat 75% Signature Blend.
