The Dried Fruit and Chocolate Biscuit Bar is made of a biscuit boosted with almonds, pistachios and roasted hazelnuts, as well as with a Madagascan chocolate mass (obtained fom the first cocoa nib conching). During the cooking, our artisan biscuit-makers add touches of pralinés prepared from the same dried fruit: almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts. This intermediary step allows for the preservation of the fondant, almost liquid texture of the praliné. Finally, when taken out of the oven, each bar is coated in Manufacture 75% Signature Blend — the perfect touch to make the Chocolat Alain Ducasse fans' hearts melt!
