The Alain Ducasse Biscuit Bars, a nod to the Manufacture de Chocolat bars, are a generous, gourmand variation of the biscuit, dressed in various dried fruit and grains.
Crafted at the Manufacture de Biscuit rue de la Roquette in Paris, the Nuts and Chocolate bar offers a very tasty experience when tasted. The different cooking steps allow to keep the melting and almost liquid texture of the praliné.
Ingredients: Icing sugar, semi-salted butter (milk), wheat flour, dark chocolate (11%) (cocoa beans (origin Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru, Sao Tome), cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. 75% cocoa Min.), almonds (10%), pistachios (10%), hazelnuts (10%), cane sugar, cocoa mass (3%) (cocoa beans (Madagascar origin)), liquid whole eggs, water, fleur de sel. May contain traces of sesame and other nuts.
