This box brings together five creations from the Alain Ducasse Manufacture Christmas collection, almost all crafted around the same treat: praline. The Santa Palet, in 75% dark chocolate, conceals a soft caramel and a praline rich in 28% hazelnuts. The praline teddy bear, adorned with gold leaf, contains equal parts almonds and hazelnuts. The filled Christmas trees feature a vanilla hazelnut praline in dark and milk chocolate, while the filled tasting squares transition from almond to hazelnut, then to rosemary and lemon, two familiar flavours of Provençal gardens. Finally, a small 75% dark chocolate tree, with no filling, allows the cocoa to express itself on its own. A box to discover piece by piece, to share with family or to give as a gift to those you want to spoil.
