The Manufacture de Biscuit is offering a unique creation for the official Elysée Palace store. With flavor and symbols of the French Republic, the Élysée Palet Biscuit is an invitation to indulge, combining delicacy and traditional know-how. It consists of two French almond and candied citrus biscuits, carefully sealed with an almond praliné. The whole is then coated in a 75% dark chocolate from the Manufacture de Chocolat. The fruitiness of the citrus fruit meets the sweetness of the almond and the intensity of the dark chocolate: an undeniably tasty biscuit!
Part of profits go towards restoration projects of The Elysée, 300 years after it was built, and contribute to the preservation of cultural & historical patrimony.
