Easter chocolates
This year, La Manufacture is putting on its straw hat, lacing up its big boots, and happily skipping over to the Cocoa Pod Farm to celebrate Easter in the middle of the fields.
A world designed to celebrate, with poetry, the connection to the land and the work of those who cultivate cocoa pods. These precious fruits contain cocoa beans, the source of our delicious chocolates, which are always crafted with the utmost respect for the raw material and its aromatic richness.
Inspired by the natural lines of the cocoa pod, the precious fruit of the cacao tree, the teams of master chocolatier Quentin Francis-Gaigneux and designer Pierre Tachon have created a gourmet and elegant farmyard, populated by iconic Easter figures, reinterpreted with modernity and mischief. At the heart of this collection, curious rabbits, coquettish hens, adorable chicks, and crunchy carrots, renamed caboussins and cabottes, strut proudly among the hedges.
Among the new products to be savored exclusively in this collection: rabbits and chickens borrow their features from the cabosse, and also contain a precious gem, composed of praline treats. Lovers of our praline-filled bars will discover two new recipes: a dark chocolate bar filled with sunflower seed praline, and a second bar made with milk chocolate and corn praline!
Alongside other iconic creations from our chocolatiers, with equally stunning shapes, they reflect La Manufacture's unique craftsmanship, based on three pillars: ingredients, technique, and taste. Exceptional raw materials, expertise combining tradition and innovation, and sincere, indulgent flavors characterize this springtime event, so dear to those with a sweet tooth.
The backdrop is a colorful and playful country scene designed by illustrator Aurélien Jeanney.
