In this box, the Grand Cru Ganaches bring out the raw taste of our various cocoa origins.

Originating from Ecuador, Peru, Madagascar or Sao Tome, our artisan chocolatier and roasters meticulously select cocoa beans to craft chocolate with incomparable flavors. The beans are sorted, roasted, cracked and conched consecutively to develop the subtle flavors specific to each origin, all in our Manufacture de Chocolat located in the heart of Paris.

The Gourmet ganaches combine chocolate with spicy flavors like saffron, or with tangy notes of lime, rhubarb or red fruit. Vanilla, lime blossom and beurre-noisette offer sweet and rounded flavors.

Beyond the Ganaches, our chocolatiers offer various pralinés made from walnut, almond, pine nut, pistachio, cocoa nibs and even Espelette pepper. Once laid out, the pralinés are cut into blocks before being coated : an essential step in "waterproof" the praline before coated in chocolate, resulting in a bonbon with a perfect texture.
