The Truffles are coated in chocolate and then dusted with cocoa powder. Their shape is intentionally irregular, and their texture is deliciously smooth.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Cameroon, Peru), thick cream (MILK), sugar cane, butter (MILK), invert sugar, sorbitol, dextrose, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, cocoa powder (0,05%) (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: E501), fleur de sel.
