There’s a surprise in the garden! Our chocolatiers have brought an unexpected flower to life… a delicious spring-inspired treat. Beneath its petals of 45% Madagascar milk chocolate, three textures unfold: a French red rhubarb pâte de fruit, bold and delicately tart; a light marshmallow paired with strawberry pâte de fruit, soft and fruity; and a Neapolitan hazelnut praline, sprinkled with fine crêpe dentelle pieces for an irresistible crunch. To celebrate spring, we invited French fashion brand Louise Misha to dress this special edition box in a floral print.

Cane sugar, red rhubarb puree (14%), cocoa butter, cocoa beans (Madagascar), HAZELNUTS, MILK powder, water, invert sugar, strawberry puree (4,5%)(strawberry, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), dextrose, glucose syrup, crispy crepe chunks (WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), sunflower oil, skimmed MILK in powder, BARLEY malt, salt), antioxidant: tartaric acid, vanilla beans, gelling agent : yellow pectin, bovine gelatin, acidifier: citric acid, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin.
