Inspired by the famous jewel of Aquitaine pastry, this chocolate bar reveals the power of our 75% signature blend dark chocolate through a subtle interplay of three unique textures: a melting caramel and a crunchy almond praline. The whole creation is sublimated by a caramel with rum-soaked sultanas, accurately recreating the warm, vanilla identity of an authentic Bordeaux canelé.
