This sorbet is characterized by the sweet gentleness of strawberry, while subtly infused rhubarb brings a vibrant, contrasting acidity that awakens the taste buds.

Ingredients

Rhubarb, dextrose, trehalose, lemon juice, water, sugar, acidifier: citric acid, NH pectin, thickener (guar gum, tara gum, locust bean gum), strawberries, red shiso leaves, flax fiber. Traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, sesam,soya, gluten, nuts.
