An exotic and bold creation, this sorbet is characterized by the fleshy richness and sweet gentleness of mango. Fresh coriander, delicately chopped and added after churning, brings a herbal freshness and a surprising vibrancy that contrast perfectly with the generosity of the exotic fruit.
