For the Heritage Days, on the weekend of September 19 and 20, the Alain Ducasse Manufactures are opening the doors of several of their workshops. Chocolate, Ice Cream, Coffee, Biscuit, Macaron: discover behind the scenes of our expertise during a privileged tour! Commented by our artisans, these itineraries will immerse you in our creations and highlight all the work required to produce exceptional products.

They are the ones who best embody our motto: the ingredient, the gesture, the taste.

A unique opportunity to discover three of our Manufactures:

• The historic Chocolate Manufacture, rue de la Roquette in the Bastille district (Paris 11th), along with its neighbor the Ice Cream Manufacture. 40 rue de la Roquette, Paris 11th
• The Manufacture on rue des Grands Champs, inaugurated in 2023, dedicated to cocoa roasting. You will also discover part of the production of our ice creams and sorbets there. 25 rue des Grands Champs, Paris 20th
• The Coffee Manufacture, also in the Bastille district. Coffee beans from Ethiopia, Colombia, Brazil, or even India are roasted there daily to create exceptional coffees. 12 rue Saint-Sabin, Paris 11th
