Made with flour from the mills of Versailles, its inverted puff pastry is delicately golden, revealing a gourmet heart of almond cream and custard. The frangipane cream is enhanced by freshly shelled almonds, roasted with their skins, for a unique depth of flavour and a slightly crunchy texture. To crown it all, an artisan bean, hand-crafted in France, is hidden inside, ready to designate the King or Queen of the day. Available in a limited edition, this galette promises to make Epiphany a sweet and unforgettable moment.
