A lobster has run aground on the coasts of indulgence. It's signature angular design decorates our chocolate bar. This recipe is an homage to the Atlantic coasts with a crispy underside sprinkled with Guérande sea salt. The dark chocolate selected, the Manufacture's Signature Blend, presents slightly fruity notes, a perfect fit with this salty note.
