This collection of cookies is a nod to the North American origins of our Pastry Chef, Flora Davies, who offers four original recipes: peanut, chocolate, beggar and corn-polenta. Made every day in our Manufacture with top-quality ingredients, they can be eaten on the street, as a sweet treat, at any time of day.
