The Signature Hexa comes in three different flavors and textures. They represent, each in its own way, the identity of Biscuits Alain Ducasse: raw, transformed and baked. The Classic Hexa is a product range of 7 small-sized biscuits, each with its own intense flavor. Discover biscuits made from unusual flours, like corn, chickpea, rye & buckwheat. Finally, the Wheat-Free Hexa include two biscuits that have the delicate shortbread texture, a technical challenge for gluten free wheat.

The artisan biscuit-maker's savoir-faire is present in each Hexa biscuit — according to the manufacturing methods or the ingredient assembly order, even with identical ingredients, each biscuit type has its own flavor and texture.
