In a limited edition, our assortment box is adorned with a majestic tiger drawn by the illustrator Agathe Singer.
Inside, discover an assortment of the Manufacture's essential biscuits. Two varieties of biscuits are offered: the palets and the hexas. The palets are an assembly of two shortbread biscuits coated with chocolate and filled with a ganache. They are offered here with pistachio, hazelnut, cocoa nibs, chocolate, orange and lemon. As for the hexas, the Manufacture's signature biscuits, they are baked daily with exceptional organic flours: buckwheat and corn, wheat, but also rye or chickpea.
