Cane sugar, HAZELNUTS (16%), cocoa butter, strawberry puree (10%) (strawberry, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), cocoa beans (Madagascar), MILK powder, crispy crepe chunks (WHEAT flour, sugar, concentrated butter (MILK), sunflower oil, skimmed MILK in powder, BARLEY malt, salt), water, glucose syrup, vanilla beans, acidifier: citric acid, gelling agent : yellow pectin, antioxidant: tartaric acid, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.

Our Chocolate Flower is the result of meticulous artisanal craftsmanship. Every step of its creation is carried out with special care to ensure a product that is as beautiful as it is delicious.

The recipe begins with the preparation of a strawberry fruit paste, precisely cooked to preserve its delicate flavor. Then, a hazelnut and vanilla praliné is crafted, adding a touch of sweetness and roundness.

These two elements are then coated in 45% Madagascar milk chocolate, selected for its subtle aromas. The molding and assembly are done with care to bring this delightful flower to life. Upon tasting, each bite reveals a perfect balance of fruity, praline, and chocolate notes.
