Its indulgent heart combines a Peruvian-origin ganache, rich and intense in flavor, with a homemade hazelnut frangipane, achieving the perfect balance of sweetness and character. The inverted puff pastry, intensely crisp and delicately golden, wraps this treat, making every bite a moment of pure pleasure to share.

As with our classic frangipane galette, a handcrafted artisan fève, made in France, is hidden inside, ready to crown the King or Queen of the day. Available in a limited edition, this galette promises to make Epiphany a delicious and unforgettable celebration.
