Exceptional chocolate piece Make your own Easter chocolate egg

With a pastry champion

At the Manufacture de Chocolat on Rue de la Roquette in Paris’s 11th arrondissement, our head chocolatier Haruka Atsuji*, French champion and world runner-up in pastry making, will sculpt a monumental chocolate egg every Wednesday and Saturday from March 14 to April 4, from approximately 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Set up behind the windows of our boutique, adjacent to the workshops, visitors will be able to admire her meticulous work throughout the day. For each session, a single spot is available for you to assist her and participate in the creation! An exceptional opportunity to try your hand at the art of chocolate-making and leave with your own monumental egg (delivery in Paris included). A creation you can then share with delight and enjoy for several weeks.
Workshop details: participate at your leisure, for as long as you like. Once completed, the sculpture will be delivered to you by us.
Composition: Customizable to your preferences.

*Spotted by Alain Ducasse, Haruka has been assisting the chef since 2018 in the opening of seven Japanese boutiques. Since 2021, she has held the position of production manager at Alain Ducasse Chocolat in Paris.
