In this gelato box, you will find two of the Manufacture's signature recipes, created by our chef Matteo Casone: Fermented Yogurt gelato and Grapefruit Vermouth sorbet.

Pure, creamy and tangy, this first recipe offers a pleasant touch of acidity and an intensely smooth texture. The explosive Grapefruit Vermouth is sweet, bitter and elegant at the same time. The grapefruit is delicately candied in the vermouth and campari, bringing out the bitter sweetness of the fruit and the spirits, a bitterness dear to Alain Ducasse.
