Salted caramel ice cream, a Breton specialty par excellence, takes you back to your childhood. The Manufacture de Glace revisited this classic with a recipe that highlights the intense flavor of the caramel, rounded off with the sweetness of butter and spiced with a note of salt. After turbining, the soft caramel adds a new texture that attains the height of sweetness.
