This Cru Terroir originates from a singularly unique variety in Honduras, the Trinitario “Mayan Red”. Cultivated and harvested at an altitude of 600 metres in the Copan Highlands region near Guatemala, this cocoa is characterized by its sweet and fruity flavours and berries, raisins and orange notes.
