2. ORDER DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are shipped every Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am.
Delivery times are the following :
Deliveries are made within one and two working days after the order is placed, provided that the recipient is present when the delivery takes place.
During high activity times (Christmas, Easter), the preparation of your order and the delivery times may take longer.
Please note that no order will be shipped or received on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days before public holidays.
3. FRAGILE PRODUCT
As chocolate remains a fragile produce, depending on the weather and the transport delays announced by DPD on a daily basis, we may postpone the shipment of your chocolates in order to preserve the quality of the delivery.
Our team prepares and packages your parcels at La Manufacture. Your products will be handled and packaged with the greatest care, as our priority is for our customers to receive their orders in perfect condition. This is why our packaging is customized to the requirements and contents of each order.
Our packaging is sealed, robust and insulating. It protects our products both from physical impacts during transportation and temperature variations.
4. BOUTIQUE PICK-UP
The customer commits to picking up their order in the store they have selected and at the time and date selected. The available pick up store is COAL DROPS YARD - KING'S CROSS, UNIT 15, BAGLEY WALK ARCHES, LONDON N1C 4DH.
Your order will be conserved for 3 days and it will be available for pick up during the store’s opening hours. The products being perishable, Cabosse & Associés will not conserve an order that the customer has not picked up. All orders that have not been picked up will not be reimbursed nor replaced.
During the store’s opening hours, pick ups are possible the day of for orders made before 2 pm.
