Small chick 45% Milk Chocolate

The star of our Easter collection, the cocoa pod lends its generous shape to our chipper chick, playfully named Caboussin, a pun on cabosse and poussin, French for cocoa pod and chick. Even the smallest creation expresses our love of raw ingredients: its 45% Madagascar milk chocolate reveals subtly tangy notes, highlighting the unique character of each terroir.

Ingredients

Sugar cane, cocoa beans (Madagascar), MILK powder, cocoa butter, fleur de sel, emulsifier : sunflower lecithin. Cocoa : 45% min. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, gluten, mustard and nuts.
