Part cocoa pod, part chick (cabosse and poussin in French), our little Caboussin in 75% Signature Blend dark chocolate celebrates the precious fruit that holds the cocoa beans, the heart of everything we create. This tribute to raw ingredients carries through in its recipe: a chocolate with harmonious notes, crafted to express perfect balance from three exceptional origins, Peru, Ecuador, and Madagascar.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Ecuador, Madagascar, Peru), cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. Cocoa: 75% min. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, sesame, soya, gluten, mustard and nuts.
