Our Cru d’Exception Solomon Islands 75% chocolate bar showcases an exceptional cocoa from the South Pacific, grown in a tropical archipelago with lush, vibrant landscapes.

This single-origin chocolate is made from Trinitario & Amelonado cocoa beans, sourced from the island of Guadalcanal, in the heart of the Solomon Islands. Roasted in Paris by our master chocolatiers, these beans reveal the full aromatic richness of their unique terroir.

This 75% dark chocolate offers an intense and perfectly balanced tasting experience. It opens with red fruit notes, followed by a fresh, citrusy finish.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (Solomon Islands), cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. Cocoa : 75% min. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, sesame, soya, gluten, mustard and nuts.
