Made from Criollo variety beans, this exceptional grand cru comes from an extremely limited global production, worked in total exclusivity by Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse Manufacture. Upon tasting, this highly refined chocolate reveals subtle citrus aromas reminiscent of pomelo, harmoniously complemented by malt notes and delicately spicy touches.

Cocoa beans (Dominican Republic), cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fleur de sel. Cocoa : 75% min. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, sesame, soya, gluten and nuts.
