This citrus-adorned Christmas tree is a 45% Madagascar milk chocolate disc, filled with a melt-in-the-mouth, crunchy Sicilian almond praline and a mandarin compote simmered by an artisanal Corsican confectioner.

The milky smoothness of the Madagascar chocolate accompanies the sweetness of the mandarin: a tender version for milk chocolate lovers of all ages.

Filled and moulded by hand in our Parisian workshop. Also available in dark chocolate.

Ingredients

Mandarin coulis (30%) (mandarin, glucose, invert sugar syrup, water, sugar), cane sugar, ALMONDS (17%), cocoa butter, cocoa beans (Madagascar), MILK powder, water, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa: 45% min. May contain possible traces of peanuts, eggs, gluten, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.
