At their stand, discover the irresistibly delicious Cabottes, a playful fusion of carrot and cabosse (the French word for cocoa pod). At the heart lies a hazelnut-vanilla praline: Italian hazelnuts are caramelized with whole vanilla beans for a rich, biscuit-like depth, while delicate crêpe dentelle flakes add an irresistible crunch. Each piece is coated in both milk and dark chocolate, so there’s no need to choose.

HAZELNUTS (36%), cane sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa beans (Madagascar, Ecuador, Peru), water, MILK powder, vanilla beans (1,3%), fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, gluten, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.
