An initial invitation to explore the Manufacture's expertise: 45 dark and milk chocolate bites, featuring traditional pralines, origin ganaches and gourmet ganaches. The pralines retain the slightly grainy texture of recipes from yesteryear; origin ganaches express the character of each bean; gourmet ganaches play with jasmine tea, bergamot, coffee, tonka bean or Espelette pepper. Everything is made in our Manufacture, in the heart of Paris, from cocoa bean to finished chocolate bonbon. Contents: 45 assorted chocolate bonbons, 380g. Also available in 90 pieces.
