These delightful little hearts signed Le Chocolat Alain Ducasse are the result of a rigorous selection of cocoa beans from several origins: Ecuador, Madagascar, Peru and Sao Tome. The sweetness of the milk chocolate and the strength of the dark chocolate of these bites sublimate their ganache and "Praliné à L'ancienne" with a fruity taste: Strawberry & Hazelnut Praliné, Pineapple & Coconut Praliné, Lime & Vanilla Praliné and Grapefruit & Coffee from Kenya Praliné.

Seasonal Creations

Created by Pierre Tachon (Soins Graphiques), the design of the Pépicœurs with its chiselled and graphic lines is reminiscent of the geometry of the bricks of La Manufacture. Discover also our selection of boxes from the Manufacture de Chocolat, they are the perfect allies for a perfect gift: Pépicœur, Ganaches Gourmandes or "Praliné à l'Ancienne". The Manufacture produces exclusively in its Parisian workshop in a traditional way, from bean to the chocolate bonbon. It is the luxury of a handmade chocolate in the heart of the French capital.
