The family Christmas cake of our Canadian chef Flora Davies is at the origin of this creation: a generous bar with the flavors of her childhood. Sicilian pistachios, Corsican oranges and Canadian cranberries are the star ingredients of this limited edition chewy bar from the Biscuit Factory.
Pieces of candied oranges from the Saint-Sylvestre confectionery bring chewiness, which contrasts with the crunchy cookie texture. Halfway through the baking process, inclusions of orange praline add an irresistible touch of deliciousness. Last step: once out of the oven, the bar is topped with a 75% dark chocolate from the Manufacture de Chocolat. The format of this bar will allow you to share it with your family or friends and to enjoy it for several days.
