Citrus bar 75% Dark Chocolate

Our festive dark chocolate bar, made with our 75% Signature Blend, is filled with an almond praline enhanced with orange, lemon and pomelo zest. A recipe inspired by Christmas treats from Provence, where almonds and citrus fruits hold pride of place.

The praline is crafted at our Manufacture and then hand-poured into the heart of the bar in Paris. The crunchiness of the coating, the smoothness of the almond and the freshness of the zest follow one another on the palate.

Ingredients

Cane sugar, cocoa beans (Ecuador, Madagascar, Peru), ALMONDS (15%), water, cocoa butter, orange zest (1.26%), lemon zest (0.83%), pomelo zest (0.83%), fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Cocoa: 75% min. May contain possible traces of peanuts, eggs, milk, gluten, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.
