Thirty dark and milk chocolate squares, filled with three recipes inspired by Chef Alain Ducasse’s Mediterranean memories: rosemary praline, lemon-infused caramel, Sicilian almond and Neapolitan hazelnut praline.

Smooth, melting textures, tangy notes lifted by a hint of bitterness: each square is enjoyed in one bite, between orchards, garrigue and wooded valleys. A handy format to serve alongside coffee or to give as a gift.

Ingredients

Sugar, cocoa beans, HAZELNUTS, cocoa butter, lemon puree, ALMONDS, MILK powder, BUTTER, glucose syrup, water, rosemary, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Dark chocolate 75% min - milk chocolate 45% min. Traces: peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, gluten, nuts.
