Chocolate box & Advent Calendar

Two creations brought together to wait for Christmas: our Advent Calendar and a box of 30 filled tasting squares, to be opened even before the first window.

The calendar conceals 24 dark and milk chocolate treats: mini-tablets, nuggets, dragées, and crunchy bars, featuring Sicilian almond and Naples hazelnut pralines, caramels, marshmallows, and fruit pastes, punctuated with infused or candied citrus fruits.

The 30 squares feature three recipes inspired by Chef Alain Ducasse’s Mediterranean memories: rosemary praline, lemon-infused caramel, and almond-hazelnut praline.

Each creation is crafted in our Parisian Manufacture, starting from the cocoa beans we process on-site.

Advent calendar : Cane sugar, cocoa beans, HAZELNUTS, cocoa butter, crispy crepe chunks (of which WHEAT, MILK, BARLEY), ALMONDS, MILK powder, water, butter (MILK), candied orange peel, WHEAT flour, orange puree, PEANUTS, invert sugar, glucose syrup, icing sugar, grated coconut, apricot puree (apricot, cane sugar, antioxidant: ascorbic acid), dextrose, lemon puree, cocoa nibs (Peru), liquid cream (MILK), fleur de sel, potato starch, rice flour, sugar, vanilla beans, cocoa powder (cocoa powder, acidity regulator: potassium carbonate), emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, gelling agent : yellow pectin, acidifier: citric acid, bicarbonate of soda, bovine gelatin, thyme, rosemary, saffron. Dark chocolate: 75% minimum and milk chocolate: 45% minimum. May contain traces of eggs, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts. Christmas square bites box : Sugar, cocoa beans, HAZELNUTS, cocoa butter, lemon puree, ALMONDS, MILK powder, BUTTER, glucose syrup, water, rosemary, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. Dark chocolate 75% min - milk chocolate 45% min. Traces: peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, gluten, nuts.
