The large size of our assorted truffles: 27 pieces to share during the festive season. An intense dark ganache meets a melt-in-the-mouth hazelnut praline and a vanilla pod ganache.

Coated in chocolate then rolled in cocoa powder, they retain the irregular shape of handcrafted work. A box to place on the table after Christmas dinner and pass around.

Handcrafted in our Parisian Manufacture.

Ingredients

Cocoa beans (26%), cane sugar, liquid cream (MILK), HAZELNUTS, cocoa butter, invert sugar, sweetener: sorbitol, semi-salted butter (MILK), glucose syrup, water, MILK powder, dextrose, vanilla pod, fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, fat-reduced and alkalised cocoa powder (acidity regulators: potassium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, ammonium hydroxide), non-alkalised fat-reduced cocoa powder, fat-reduced and alkalised cocoa powder (acidity regulator: potassium carbonate). May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, sesame, soya, gluten and other nuts.
