On the palate
The star of this creation is the Manufacture’s iconic praliné, offered in two equally irresistible recipes. On one side, mini pods filled with cocoa nib praliné, smooth and melting in texture, releasing and intensifying the flavors. On the other, teddy bear bites with Sicilian almond praliné and fleur de sel—crisp and delightfully nostalgic.
Here, the 75% dark chocolate stands out with its elegant intensity, featuring deep, balanced notes that highlight the full richness of the cocoa.
