In tribute to the precious fruit that holds cocoa beans, the Manufacture presents its Caboussin, a playful blend of cabosse and poussin, French for cocoa pod and chick, crafted in 45% milk chocolate. Irresistible, it hides a mix of praline treats filled with coconut, Sicilian almonds, and Neapolitan hazelnuts. A true celebration of our iconic old-fashioned praline recipe, made with the finest ingredients, lightly sweetened to highlight the natural richness of the nuts. Smooth and melt-in-your-mouth, with just the right crunch.

Cane sugar, cocoa beans (Madagascar), cocoa butter, MILK powder, ALMONDS (10%), HAZELNUTS (6,1%), water, grated coconut (1,7%), fleur de sel, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin. May contain traces of peanuts, eggs, gluten, sesame, soya, mustard and other nuts.
